The pre-delivery period encompasses the time span after a contract (for currency trade) and sell auction (for auction items) is filled and the span when the buyer and the seller are agreeing on the time of the actual in-game commodity delivery. The delivery time will be agreed by both parties through chat. Deliver the commodity within the time period as set by the selected contract. The default time options for the buyer will always be within 48 hours of the trading period. During Ingamex Beta, the delivery deadline is 7 PM. If the other party is online, type a message to inform the other party to set a schedule of commodity delivery. If the other party in offline, leave a message by typing the preferred commodity delivery schedule. This message can be read when the other party logs in. For Ingamex premium transactions, once the buyer and the seller agree on the delivery time, both will request priority numbers from Ingamex in order for Ingamex staff to be present during the delivery.
The buyer and seller will then meet online and in-game for the actual commodity delivery. After the seller delivers the commodity to the buyer, the buyer then gives the security code to the seller as delivery confirmation.
Delivery of game accounts can be processed by both parties through Ingamex auction processing form. After the seller provides the game account information to the buyer, the buyer should be able to log in the game account in its game site to change the email for ownership transfer. The buyer then gives the security code to the seller as confirmation of the delivery.
For Ingamex premium transactions, An Ingamex staff will have a role in the actual delivery. The seller hands the item to the Ingamex staff and the staff will then give the item to the buyer. For game accounts, The seller hands the game account to the Ingamex staff and the staff changes the submitted information before handing the verified game account to the buyer.
The seller then enters the security code on his/her Commodity Exchange Control Screen so that the transaction will be considered completed and closed. The funds held in escrow by Ingamex will then be transferred to the seller's account.
In the event of problems arising during commodity delivery, Ingamex will attend to the situation, make a decision and will have absolute authority.
