1) What is Ingamex?
Ingamex is an online virtual commodity trading exchange and auction site. The site caters to gamers who want to buy or sell in-game virtual commodities for real money. It facilitates trading by matching orders from its members and auction by offering a listing for buyers and sellers.
2) What is the difference between trading and auction?
Trading is for the buying and selling of virtual game currencies through the member marketplace. This is similar to the real-world stock market. Prices go up and down based on members' willingness to set prices they are happy with. Ingamex charges a minimal sales commission from successful trading.
Auction is for direct buying and selling of items and accounts through listings. This is similar to "e-bay" type auctions. Auctions have fixed non-refundable posting fees. Ingamex charges a minimal sales from sold auctions.
3) What is my assurance that trading at Ingamex is safe and secure?
Ingamex places security as our topmost priority. Ingamex uses secure pages and fraud-prevention technology. Our registration process and security fund deposit requirement ensure that Ingamex is the safest and most reliable virtual commodity trading marketplace and auction site. Furthermore, funds from trading/auction are not released until there is confirmation of item delivery.

6) How do I start trading or start an auction at Ingamex?
Start by filling up our Online Registration Form to become an Ingamex member. Your identity will then be verified after which you will be able to deposit funds to your account. 7) Why should I register at Ingamex?
Only registered members are allowed to trade. This is important to ensure security and to protect Ingamex members from fraud and scams.

Seller FAQs
1) How do I sell at Ingamex?
You can sell at Ingamex in two ways:
a) Sell your game currencies in our Trading marketplace and
b) Sell your game items and accounts in our Auction listings.
In trading, choose the contract of the game currency you want to sell from the Trade Screen. Then specify the quantity and the selling price for the order. Once your contract order is matched and after notication from Ingamex, you will then meet the buyer online in-game for the actual item exchange.
In auction, choose the category of the item/account you want to sell from the Auction Screen. Create a new listing and fill up pricing and details of your item/account. Members then bid on your auction. At any time or after the auction period ends, when you receive bids from members, you can choose to accept or decline the highest bid if it's less than the set buy out price. Once you accept a bid, your item for sale is considered sold to the winning bidder. You will then meet the buyer online in-game for the actual item exchange.
For Ingamex premium transactions, an Ingamex staff will have a role during the exchange. Once the exchange is confirmed, the trade or auction amount will be credited to your account. Please see our Trading Guide or Auction Guide for detailed instructions on the auction process.
2) Why should I sell at Ingamex? What advantages do I get over other means of trading?
Every transaction at Ingamex is scam-free and secure. With our market-driven marketplace, you sell directly to gamers at prices with profit margins you are happy with. There is no middleman nor wholesale broker who buys cheap, hordes, sells high and get all the profits.
3) How is the transfer of commodity done?
You will be notified once your contract order has been matched. The buyer of your item will choose a time for the actual in-game item exchange. Once you and the buyer agree on a time, you will then meet the buyer online in-game for the actual exchange. For Ingamex premium transactions, an Ingamex staff will have a role in the exchange process. Please note that if you cannot deliver the item on time, the seller bond rate will be forfeited in favor of Ingamex.
4) How is the transfer of game accounts done?
You will be notified when you log in to Ingamex or through email that your game account for sale is sold once a bidder places a buy out price or if you accept the bid of your sell auction. To deliver the game account, provide the game account information to the buyer only in the Ingamex processing form. Place in the Notes field the important game account information such as Login ID, password, secret question and secret answer, then submit. After placing the necessary information and filing the game account transfer process, the buyer will collect the game account information you provided. Collect the security code from the buyer, enter the security code provided in the Ingamex auction processing form security code input field and submit. For Ingamex premium transactions, an Ingamex staff will have a role in the exchange process. Please note that if you cannot deliver the game account on time, the exchange fee will be forfeited in favor of Ingamex.
5) How much fund do I need in my account to be able to sell?
Sellers can place sell orders for game currencies at Ingamex Trade for free during beta. Ingamex collects the exchange fee only when your sell order is sold and delivered to the buyer. Posting items for sale at Ingamex Auction is free of charge when you use the coupon codes sent to your email after you verify your membership. Regular posting fees apply when you create more sell auction more than the two free coupon codes provided to your account. Ingamex Auction posting fee varies according to the duration that you want your item for sale open for bidding.
6) How should I set the price of my commodity?
You are free to set any price for the item you are selling. However, If you want your item to be sold faster, set your price near or equal to the existing buying prices from buyers.

Buyer FAQs
1) How will I buy at Ingamex?
You can buy at Ingamex in two ways:
a) Buy game currencies in our Trading marketplace and
b) Buy game items and accounts in our Auction listings.
In trading, choose the contract of the item you want to buy from the Trade Screen. Then specify the quantity and the buying price for the order. Once your contract order is matched and after notication from Ingamex, you will then meet the seller online in-game for the actual item exchange.
In auction, choose the game item you want to buy from the Auction Screen. Place a bid on the game item you want to buy. The highest bid will win the auction. However, if the bid is below the buy-out price, you can stand by as sellers has the option to accept or decline your bid. Once your bid is accepted or you placed the buy out price for the item and after notication from Ingamex, that item is considered sold to you. For game items, meet the seller online in-game for the actual item exchange. For game accounts, the game account information will be provided to you through Ingamex Auction processing form.

2) Who am I buying from at Ingamex?
At Ingamex, you can buy from any seller-members joining the trading exchange or auctions. Please note that Ingamex merely facilitates the trading of the commodities by matching orders from its members. It does not enter into trades on the exchange.
3) Why should I buy at Ingamex?
Every transaction at Ingamex is scam-free and secure. With our market-driven marketplace, you buy directly from gamers at or near fair market value. There is no monopoly nor middleman who sells with very high mark-ups.
4) How should I set my buying price?
You are free to bid any amount for the item you are buying. However, If you want to increase your chances of getting the commodity, set your buying price equal to or slightly lower than the existing selling prices from the sellers.
5) How can I receive my game account order at Ingamex?
You will be notified when you log in to Ingamex or through email once you place the buy out price of the game account or if the seller accepts your bid. To process the transfer of game account to your ownership, click the process button to access the Ingamex auction processing form. You will then be provided with the important game account information by the seller. Collect the complete game account information which will be provided during the processing. After collecting all the information provided by the seller, the game account will then be ready for customization and changes of its information entries to you. Submit the security code to the seller in our Ingamex auction processing form to confirm the delivery. For Ingamex premium transactions, an Ingamex staff will have a role in the exchange process. Please note that if you cannot pick up the game account deliverery on time, the exchange fee will be forfeited in favor of Ingamex.
6) Why do prices of game commodities change all the time?
Trading and auction at Ingamex happens in real time in a market-driven exchange. The changes in prices signify the healthy dynamic nature of the exchange.
