Fund Requirements
1. Only Ingamex members are allowed to trade, auction and manage funds.
2. Buyers are required to have a minimum available deposit amount equal to or more than the selling price of the commodity he/she plans to bid on.
3. Trade sellers can place sell contracts with a Seller Bond Rate to be collected only when the contract is sold to the buyer.
4. Auction sellers are required to have a minimum available deposit equal to or greater than the posting fee duration selected in order to place a commodity for sale in auction.
Fund Deposit
The minimum deposit to your Ingamex account is Php 50.00.
You can make your deposits to Ingamex using any of the following:
a. Globe Gcash
You may use Globe Telecom Gcash to deposit to Ingamex. Please allow a minimum time period for your GCash deposit to be reflected in your Ingamex fund account. Globe Telecom charges a service fee per transaction, please check the Globe Gcash website for details.
1. Make sure you are Gcash registered and have sufficient Gcash credits in your GCash virtual wallet.
2. Send Gcash payment to Ingamex Gcash number : 09272871421.
3. You will then receive a confirmation text message from Globe Telecom together with the Gcash transaction reference number.
4. Fill up the Ingamex Deposit via Gcash form.
5. Please allow a few hours for your Gcash deposit to be credited to your Ingamex fund account.
b. Smart Money
You may use Smart Money to deposit to Ingamex. Please allow a minimum time period for your Smart Money to be reflected in your Ingamex fund account. Smart Money charges a service fee per transaction, please check the Smart Money website for details.
1. Make sure you are Smart Money registered and have sufficient Smart Money cash in your Smart Money account.
2. Send Smart Money payment to Ingamex Smart Money number : 5299 6705 9570 4106.
3. You will then receive a confirmation text message from Smart together with the Smart Money transaction reference number.
4. Fill up the Ingamex Deposit via Smart Money form.
5. Please allow a few hours for your Smart Money deposit to be credited to your Ingamex fund account.
c. Online Bank Deposit
After making your bank deposit, fill up the Ingamex Deposit via Bank form and fax or email a scan of your deposit slip. Please allow a maximum of 48 hours grace period for your bank deposit to be reflected in your Ingamex fund account.
During Ingamex Beta, we will accept bank deposits from Banco de Oro (BDO). We will deliver more bank options soon. Please visit the site often for further updates.

2. Input the important details of your deposit on the form: Deposit Date, Time, Branch and the amount deposited.
3. Please allow a maximum of 48 hours grace period for your bank deposit to be reflected to your Ingamex fund account.
d. Money Transfer
For Money transfers, fill up the Ingamex Deposit via Money Transfer form with the details of the of the transfer. Please allow a maximum of 48 hours grace period for your money transfer to be reflected in your Ingamex fund account.

Funds during Trading
1. Requirements
For Buyers Buyers are required to have a minimum available deposit amount equal to or more than the selling price of the commodity he/she plans to bid on.
For Sellers Sellers will be collected with a Seller Bond Rate per sell order only when the contract is sold to the buyer.
2. Escrow
When you make a buy or sell order, an amount (For Sellers - equivalent to the Seller Bond Fee of the contract and For Buyers - equivalent to the contract buying price) from your Ingamex fund account will be held in escrow as security. This will ensure that payments will be made once the transaction is completed.
3. Credit/Release of Escrow
Funds held in escrow will be released once the game currency is delivered and the order transaction completed.
In the event that the transaction is cancelled or problems arise during the transaction, the funds held in escrow will be credited back to the respective owners with the exchange fee deducted from the erring party as penalty.
Funds during Auction
1. Requirements
For Buyers Buyers are required to have a minimum available deposit amount equal to or more than the selling price of the commodity he/she plans to bid on.
For Sellers Sellers are required to have a minimum available deposit equal to or greater than the posting fee per duration to place a commodity for sale in auction.
2. Escrow
When you place a bid or create a sell auction, an amount (For Sellers - equivalent to the listing fee per duration and For Buyers - more than the starting price or equivalent to the buy out price of the item) from your Ingamex fund account will be held in escrow as security. This will ensure that payments will be made once the transaction is completed.
3. Credit/Release of Escrow
Funds held in escrow will be released once the virtual item is delivered and the order transaction completed.
In the event that the transaction is cancelled or problems arise during the transaction, the funds held in escrow will be credited back to the respective owners with the posting fee deducted from the erring party as penalty.
Fund Withdrawal
You can withdraw funds from Ingamex by accesing the Withdrawals page.
For GCash and Smart Money withdrawals, you can withdraw your funds as soon as your submitted withdrawal form is verified by an Ingamex staff.
For Bank withdrawals, please allow two (2) business days to process your withdrawals.
