Ingamex Privacy Policy
Ingamex respects your privacy rights. This policy covers how Ingamex collects, stores, and uses personal information provided by you to us through registration, website access, products/services usage and telephone, email or instant messaging communications.
1. Information Collection and Use
Ingamex asks for your personal information when you sign up for an Ingamex account or other related Ingamex services, access the Ingamex website, use our products and services, and contact us. For certain Ingamex services, such as online trading, Ingamex does NOT request and store credit card, debit card, and/or other payment account information. 3. Cookies
Ingamex uses session ID cookies - a small file containing a string of characters - to facilitate the navigational and transactional aspects of the Ingamex system. Ingamex does not condone Internet fraud or any attempt to access or acquire customer or other information on its web sites through illegal means. Ingamex works with local, national, and international fraud investigation agencies and employs a variety of electronic and other means to discourage, detect, and intercept fraudulent activities. The Company aggressively prosecutes, to the fullest extent of the law, those perpetrators apprehended conducting fraudulent activities on its web site.
9. Other Sites
This Privacy Policy applies to web sites and services that are owned and operated by Ingamex. Ingamex does not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results or links from within our various services. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.

Please note that Ingamex may update this policy from time to time. Ingamex will notify you about significant/major changes to this policy by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Ingamex account, revising this privacy policy or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
